| Guide to listing an Event |
| Step 1 |
Choose your event type and whether you want to place a free listing or a paid listing. |
| Step 2 |
Enter your event details, description, date and time, venue, ticket prices and where to buy them.
Questions may vary depending upon your event type. |

| Free Listings Only (step 3a) |
| Step 3a |
For free listings, submit your event, or upgrade to a paid listing for more choices. |

| Paid Listings Only (step 3b, 4 & 5) |

Upload an Image. You can skip this at this stage, and add/change the image after the event has been
submitted. Note: To place your event in our Gallery, an image must be uploaded. |
| Step 4 |
Select your Listing Type. Choose between a standard listing or a featured listing.
Include a Home Page Display if you wish. |
|   | Please note: If a Monthly Campaign is chosen in Step 1 above, your event will also be displayed
in the Event Exhibition. |
| Step 5 |
Confirm your listing and submit your event. |

Things to note:
Your event listing can be cancelled at any time during this process.
You can leave the listing at any time and continue at a later date.
Once submitted, you can Promote, Edit or Delete your event listing at any time. |

| Guide to listing a Job Vacancy |
| If you have one or more events listed (step 1a) |
| Step 1a |
Select which event you would like to connect your vacancy to and proceed. Your vacancy will be listed until the expiry date of the event. |

| If you are a Premium Member (step 1b) |
| Step 1b |
Option to list a job not connected to an event and proceed. Your vacancy will be listed for one month. |

| If you have neither of the above (step 1c) |
| Step 1c |
Click proceed to list a job. A fee may apply. Your vacancy will be listed for one month. |
|   |
| Step 2 |
Complete the short form, entering the details and description of the job and submit. |
| Step 3 |
View your applications and select a candidate. |

Things to note:
Your vacancy listing can be deleted from the system at any time.
Once the first application has been received, you cannot edit your vacancy listing. |

| Guide to requesting a Wanted Event |
| Step 1 |
Enter the type of event you want to go to and where you want it to be held. Add any additional comment. |
| Step 2 |
Click 'Submit' and your request will be listed in our 'Events Wanted' section. The listing will expire in 3 months. |
| Step 3 |
Your criteria will be saved in your searches. When an event is listed that meets your criteria, a
notification email will be sent to you. |

Things to note:
There is no fee to request a wanted event
You can switch your email notification on and off at any time.
You can delete your request at any time. |
